1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bwenasph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and bwenasph ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By creating an account on bwenasph, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or use the bwenasph platform. Continued use of bwenasph constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments made to them over time.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money features on bwenasph, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. bwenasph reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID — to verify your identity before approving withdrawals or high-value transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwenasph login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. • Only one bwenasph account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times is considered fraud and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your bwenasph account — is prohibited.
• All information you provide must be truthful and kept up to date. You can update your contact details via account settings.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

bwenasph is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on the platform. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction — the bwenasph minimum is 21 for all Philippine members.

Additionally, you must be a legal resident of the Philippines and must not be accessing bwenasph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your location. bwenasph does not knowingly accept registrations from prohibited jurisdictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your bwenasph wallet must be made using one of the following approved Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay or PESONet transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Third-party deposits — funding your bwenasph wallet using someone else's payment account — are not permitted.

All transactions are processed and displayed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit on bwenasph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger an identity verification request before funds are released to your playing balance. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your bwenasph wallet instantly after confirmation.

• bwenasph does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited — contact support immediately if you have deposited the wrong amount.
• bwenasph reserves the right to decline a deposit if the funding source cannot be verified or is associated with suspicious activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your bwenasph wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or another verified Philippine account in your own name. bwenasph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered under your identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Standard withdrawal processing targets for GCash and Maya are under five minutes from request confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to two hours on business days. Withdrawals requesting ₱50,000 or more may require additional identity verification and can take up to 24 hours to process. VIP Gold members and above receive priority withdrawal processing.

bwenasph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while a fraud or security review is in progress. Members will be informed of any such hold via email and the review will be completed within 48 hours unless a regulatory requirement demands a longer window.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on bwenasph — including NBA betting, PVL volleyball betting, MMA betting, and international markets — are subject to the following rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation on screen and the transaction appears in your bet history. Bets that fail due to a system error before confirmation are not valid. bwenasph reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly on markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Odds and Prices

All odds on bwenasph are displayed in decimal format. The odds shown at the time of bet placement are the odds that will be used to settle your bet, subject to the exceptions listed below. bwenasph reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — for example, odds published due to a technical error that bear no relation to the actual market price.

6.3 Cancelled and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets at the time of suspension will be settled based on the score and situation at the point the match was stopped, unless the event is fully abandoned before a result can be declared.

6.4 Settlement

Sports bets are settled using official results from the governing body of the relevant competition. For PVL and UAAP, official results as published by the league are used. For NBA, official NBA results apply. Winnings are credited to your bwenasph wallet automatically upon settlement — no manual claim is required.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bwenasph offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bwenasph bonuses unless the individual promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Member: Welcome bonuses are available only to first-time bwenasph registrants. Members who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all accounts closed and all funds voided.
• Minimum Odds Requirements: Bonus wagers on sports betting markets must be placed on selections at minimum odds of 1.50 unless stated otherwise. Accumulator bets count toward wagering requirements only if each leg meets the minimum odds.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on the promotion page. Unexpired but unmet wagering requirements result in the bonus portion being forfeited — your own deposit funds are returned.
• Abuse: Placing bets in a manner designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements — for example, hedging with low-risk combinations on both sides of a market — is considered bonus abuse. bwenasph reserves the right to remove bonuses and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

8. Tongits and Card Game Rules

Tongits on bwenasph is played in the standard Filipino three-player format using a 52-card deck. • All Tongits card deals are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are not influenced by any bwenasph system, employee, or external party.
• If a player disconnects during an active Tongits session, the game will continue with their remaining hand managed by an automated system. Disconnection losses are not eligible for refunds.
• Collusion between two players at a Tongits table to disadvantage the third player is prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all parties involved.
• Chat messages in Tongits rooms must comply with the conduct standards in Section 12. Abusive, threatening, or offensive chat will result in chat bans and may escalate to account suspension.

9. Bingo Rules

bwenasph Bingo rooms operate on scheduled draw times displayed in the Bingo lobby. Cards purchased for a specific session are valid only for that session and cannot be transferred, refunded, or used in a different draw after the session has begun. Jackpot prizes are awarded to players who complete the winning pattern on their card within the stated number of balls called.

Where a session's prize pool is guaranteed, bwenasph will fund the shortfall if ticket sales fall below the guaranteed amount. Unclaimed prizes are returned to the prize pool of subsequent sessions unless stated otherwise.

10. VIP Club Terms

The bwenasph VIP Club operates on a tiered rewards structure. Tier advancement is based on your cumulative wagering activity within defined calendar periods. bwenasph reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward values, and programme structure with 30 days' notice to affected members.

• VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, priority withdrawals, and exclusive tournament access — apply from the first day of the calendar month following your tier advancement.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Members who do not meet the minimum wagering threshold for their current tier during a review period may be downgraded.
• VIP rewards credited as bonus funds are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard promotions unless the reward is explicitly credited as withdrawable cash.

11. Refer a Friend

The bwenasph Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn PHP cash rewards when they refer new members who register and meet the qualifying deposit and wagering conditions. Referral rewards are credited only when the referred member has completed the stated qualifying actions.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bwenasph. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, funds voided, and be permanently banned from the platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings generated through a known exploit must be reported and will be voided
• Colluding with other players in card games or multi-player formats
• Attempting to launder money through bwenasph by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or receiving payment to place bets for others
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language in any bwenasph communication channel
• Attempting to access another member's account or bwenasph's backend systems without authorisation

13. Account Suspension and Closure

bwenasph may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the reasons outlined in Section 12, or for any other reason that constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, bwenasph reserves the right to void balances associated with the prohibited activity. Any funds clearly identifiable as the member's own legitimate deposits — and not associated with prohibited activity — will be returned within 28 days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their bwenasph account may do so by contacting support at support@bwenasph.click. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14. Responsible Gaming

bwenasph takes responsible gaming seriously. Every bwenasph account has access to the following tools, available directly from the account dashboard at no cost and without any penalty for using them:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after a request to raise them.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after a set duration of active play, reminding you how long you've been on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, no deposits, bets, or game sessions are possible.

bwenasph's liability to any member is limited to the verified balance in that member's wallet at the time any claim arises. bwenasph is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including losses from missed betting opportunities during downtime.

17. Changes to These Terms

bwenasph may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and post a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of bwenasph after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
